Amarinder Sidhu

Hi, I'm Amarinder.

I am the founder of and self-employed at Innowaring Labs. I help technology leaders and teams refine their operating models and teamwork for innovation and growth.

My work primarily focuses on the healthcare and life sciences industry, but I also write about general topics related to enterprise software. Related to that, I have written a book, "Becoming a Software Company", which articulates principles for enterprise companies to think and operate like software companies.

I left my Managing Director role at Deloitte in favor of self-employment and entrepreneurship.

On this site, I write about topics that explore the convergence of life, work, and meaning.
